Verifying your account is an important step in ensuring the security of your account and accessing all the features that SenSights has to offer. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

In order to verify your account, the system will automatically send a verification email to the email address you used to sign up. Please check your email inbox, including your spam or junk mail folder, for this email. Once you have located the verification email, open it and click on the verification link provided. This will automatically verify your account in a matter of seconds.

If you don’t receive the verification email within 15 minutes, please contact your caregiver or the SenSights support team for assistance. Once your account has been successfully verified, you will be able to access all the features of SenSights.
